Volunteering

We use trained volunteers to pack our tea in a certified kitchen with a designated FoodSafe manager on site according to the standards set by Interior Health. If you are interested in volunteering with us we’d love to chat. You can reach us through our contact form or info@teasforgood.org.

Custom Labels

We have created a few DIY series offerings for charities that have purchased in bulk. We don’t advertise the service but are always open to chatting and exchanging some good ideas.

Sales Locations

Currently we sell at pop-up shops and events as well as through schools, churches and other organizations looking for a fundraising solution. Follow us Instagram, Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date on where we will be setting up shop next.

Shipping Information

We sell our bags at a minimum order quantity of 50 for fundraising campaigns. The shipping rates are see below:

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Returns & Exchanges

If the product is defective or damaged please let us know and we’d be happy to exchange it for a new one.

Donation Tracking

Differs based on whether we are hosting or you are hosting. We can discuss the specifics and sign off through a general contact to ensure each carries out responsibilities.

For events or fundraisers that we host. We will ensure that sales reports are created automatically for debit and credit transactions then added to a spreadsheet along with the cash purchases and provided to our partner organizations within a few business days of the end of their event. It can take up to 5 business days for all sales to process through the online system and into our bank account. Once the funds have been verified the $5 per bag donation is sent to your organization either in the form of a cheque or e-transfer. For registered charities and non-profits a tax receipt is requested by year end.

Allergens

We are proud to carry products with little to no potential allergens. Each product page in our catalogue clearly states ingredients as well as any allergen warnings.
